Aromatherapy Massage (60 minutes)
Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils such as
‘essential oils” that are inhaled into the lungs and offering
psychological and physical benefits. Not only does the aroma of the
nature essential oil stimulate the brain to trigger a reaction, but
when inhaled in to the lungs, they can supply therapeutic benefit.
Aromatherapy can reduce pain and anxiety, enhance energy and
short-term memory, and encourage general relaxation of the body and
mind.
Balinese Traditional Massage (90 minutes)
The customary Balinese massage uses a mix of acupressure technique
and aromatherapy oils to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and
energy in your body, conveying deep relaxation and wellness. During
the massage aromatherapy oils are used to calm you. Deep pressure
treatment with mid-level strokes and pressure points is used to
reach the deeper muscle layers. This massage balances your energy
centers and improves the connection of your internal systems.
Stretching procedures also help with sore spots and old injuries.
Body Massage and Body Scrub (120 minutes)
Get the best combination of body massage and scrub in one hugely
relaxing and enchanting session.
